Please note that Ware Apart Hotel check-in and reception area for all Ware ApartHotel properties is at 18a Slater Street, Liverpool L1 4BS. Guests are required to check-in at this address regardless of the location of the apartment where they are staying, and all guests should note the strict check-in time which 精品旅館is between 15:00 and 17:00.

Please note that Ware Apart Hotel do not operate a 24-hour reception and guests are strongly advised to contact the property management by telephone in advance of their stay to discuss any check-in requests outside of these hours.

Unfortunately the property cannot be held responsible for any missed check-ins outside of these times when guests have failed to make alternative arrangements with Ware Apart Hotel reception team.

Please note that as apartments are close to a number of bars and restaurants, guests can sometimes experience noise until the early hours.

A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for bookings up to 6 guests. For any bookings of more than 6 guests, a security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ware Duke Street Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
